The Spine Center is conveniently located in Acapulco 15 minutes from our international airport, in Marina Brisas just minutes away from the world famous Las Brisas Hotel. The flagship procedure Spine Center is famous for is Non Surgical Spinal Decompression for patients suffering with Chronic Neck, Back and or Leg pain (sciatica). The founder and treating physician is Dr Cary H Rothenberg with over 31 years of experience in California and Mexico. Dr. Rothenberg came to Acapulco in 2007 to help the local population who did not have the benefit of Chiropractic care. He is the only doctor of Chiropractic in the state of Guerrero and has two facilities, Centro Quiropractic Familiar and the Spine Center. Dr. Rothenberg also performs Manipulation under Anesthesia for patients in appropriate cases. The Spine Center boasts a well trained staff and a modern facility to help international patients recover from neck and back problems without the use of medications or risky spinal surgery.
